Alpinism.
Following the ridge line, a snow-capped shoulder, or ice falls and rock, there is always a path that leads to elevation and a discovery of the different faces of the mountain.
Suggestions for some of the classic courses :
Mont Blanc via the Goûter hut (normal route). Anticipate 3 days if your experience and acclimatization is sufficient. The 5 day formula caters for novice or less experienced alpinists.
Grand Paradis, well-known for being the “easiest” of the 4000m of the Alps. Live the experience of a journey to Italy, on the doorstep of the Aosta valley. Encounter the simple and delicious pleasures of observing a rustic panorama in high altitude.
Mont Rose is a plateau on the Swiss-Italian border between Zermatt and Cervinia, north of the Alps. Several 4000m peaks are concentrated amongst this high altitude plateau that revitalises and regenerates your lungs and energy.

Alpirunning.
After participating three times in the UTMB: CCC, TDS and UTMB, as well as international races such as the Diagonale des Fous, Gee has acquired an experience that he wishes to combine with alpinism.
Speed in the mountains is synonymous with efficiency and risk reduction. This does not mean forgoing the basics of alpinism; on the contrary, it’s knowing how to combine obligatory fundamentals with one’s maximum physical capabilities.
A fast pace calls for necessary basic equipment. It is also essential to know one another well before engaging in this type of activity, which is why an initial preparation outing together is offered to best adjust and guarantee a successful project.
